Added#

• Hijri::toHijri() and fromHijri() on the published Umm al-Qura table, generated from ICU and shipped as a PHP class so nothing is parsed at runtime.
• exact: false on any date outside 1300–1600 AH, where the tabular calendar answers instead.
• Whole-day offset, the way ministries publish their difference from Umm al-Qura.
• Formatting and parsing in English, Arabic and Urdu, with Arabic-Indic and Persian numerals.
• Arithmetic that stays inside the calendar: addDays, addMonths (clamping), addYears, diffDays, monthDays, daysInMonth.
• ramadan() and events() — the new year, Ashura, Mawlid, Isra and Mi'raj, Ramadan, Laylat al-Qadr, both Eids and Arafah — with Gregorian dates and a countdown.
• Laravel: the Hijri facade, a @hijri Blade directive, Carbon::toHijri() and Carbon::hijriFormat() macros, and config for the offset, calendar, format, locale and numerals.
• 135 shared vectors, generated from the JavaScript package, asserting both sides answer identically.
